Absolutely one of the worst professors at the school, loses assignments... Marks at a level thats unacceptable, don't expect to get a good mark.. Great talker but complete rubbish overall.

Adam is probably the best professor anyone can have. He is clear, concise and delivers brilliant lectures! His seminars are very relaxing, comfortable and informative. His course does not feel overwhelming, and if you are a lover of history, you will enjoy his class! Thanks a lot, Adam :)

Very encouraging and helpful prof; goes beyond subject matter and discusses strategies for success because he genuinely cares for his student. Very approachable as well. He prioritized primary document analysis and his tests were quite fair and somewhat easy in some respects. Lectures can be very energetic and you can tell he loves what he teaches

Great when it comes to preparing you for tests and outlining what he expects. Sometimes comes across as broody but when you catch him on a good day he's so nice and approachable. Seems genuinely interested in what he's teaching but isn't the best at hiding that he thinks some of his students are idiots and can be dry at times. He's kinda cute too?

I was lucky enough to have Mr. Phillips, but only for the second part of the course. He is exceptionally helpful and excellent with getting comments and marks right away; he is very easy to communicate with and has a great sense of humour. I loved the second part of the course!

Adam is the greatest professor I've ever had! He can make relatively dry topics interesting and exiting though his course is not easy at all! Adam always recognizes students who are trying hard - he motivates them and gives them confidence. Also he listens to his students. He is fair and clear in explaining. great teacher socially but when it comes to tests i found him not able to properly prepare his students... too many pages to read and no help in regards to specific study pages for a test. a student can not read 100 pages , have 6 other classes and have a test in a week on all the 100 pages!!! tell us what u want us to study!!
