Comment:
Arrogant, obnoxious, rigid and disrespectful. Transferred out to another campus 35 miles away in order to be treated appropriately. Got an "A" in that professor's class. There is no reason other than character flaws to treat students with such condescension.

I dropped the course after determining that he has a huge chip on his shoulder based on not having the elite credentials to get hired to teach at a national university.

This is hard class, but professor makes you learn the material. You have to learn or you will fail the class. If you read the book, do homework, and attend lectures you will do good in class.

His tests and quizzes are filled with ambiguity. If you focus on textbook HW problems, you will fail. The material he provides is insufficient and lacking. It's like prepping for a CPA exam, then given a BAR exam. Advice: Focus on the in-class problems, take it a step further and add other components. He is a smart guy, but shouldn't be teaching.

Maybe the best accounting professor at FAU. The material is hard, but he explains everything with detail and tests what he teaches in class. You must do homework problems to be successful in this class. Would take him again but he only teaches cost accounting.

He's a decent professor, clarity of information given is of high quality. The only downside is the way he grades you, missing a dollar sign could mean the difference between an A or a B. Also don't be late because he locks you outside. Overall, the course is not difficult, just watch out for little tricks and label everything...

The key to success in his class is preparedness. You must study and do the homework in order to understand the material. He will asks questions to see if you're prepared. There are quizzes almost every week and two very long exams, which they're based on what he teaches. It's not impossible to pass, but you must put in the time and effort.

He likes to hear himself talk... He takes a pic of you on the 1st day of class and calls on students every class to answer questions throughout the chapter, which if fine, if he didnt treat you like an idiot when you answer incorrectly. Finally, he interprets completely different from the book and contradicts the book...Overall terrible...

He is very mean and intimidating. Takes a pic of you the 1st day of class and calls on students every class to ask questions about the chapter. If you answer incorrectly, he trashes you. Horrible professor, I DO NOT recommend him to anyone. His final is 12 pages long, and super hard! NO joke. Take someone else or you'll REGRET it like I did :(

He is a great professor. Explains all topics in details and gives a lot of homework assignments and quizzes. Test and quizzes are not hard if you study. 1 midterm and 1 cumulative final. Even if you fail on midterm and quizzes if you pass the final, he passes you for the class.Do all hw assignments and you'll do fine.

Best professor in the FAU school of accounting. The class is demanding and the tests are intimidating. Be prepared to study 20 hours a week. Half the class will drop after mid-term. Stick it out and you will learn more about the accounting field than in any of your other classes. If you fail the mid-term, look into obtaining a tutor. It helped me.

I learned more in this one class than all of my other acct classes combined. You will work hard, but you will learn so much. Do not take this class with any other hard courses or you are DOOMED. Put in the time, get an A. Slack, even a little, then fail.

Hard grading professor. Lots of work and dry-sarcastic humor. Get on his good side, study about 20 hours a week, do all the homework and you will do just fine, otherwise take someone else.

Excelent teacher, and he enjoys it. DO NOT take in summer A or B. A LOT of work, very hard tests and a little time to finish them. Do ALL homework and KNOW IT. This will help for every class quizzes. If you are not a devoted student take the class with somebody else. This teacher is hard core.

This is an excellent teacher with a dry sense of humor. His methods force you to prepare before class (for the quizzes), which really help learning. It's a lot of work, because he wants you to actually learn, but he is extremely helpful. Grading is great - a built in curve allows you to focus on what you are most comfortable with on tests.
