Comment:

Professor Rybak is a great professor. She actually cares about her students and their wellbeing which not all of my current professors can say. Class was filled with interesting discussions and projects. She does not try to make this class a burden, but instead a thought-provoking atmosphere.

Comment:

She is such an amazing professor. She actually takes the time to make sure you have the tools to succeed and takes time to get to know you. I wish she could teach all of my other classes. She always helps when needed and is just amazing in general. She makes this class really fun and I would not miss class.

I didn't want to miss a class. She truly cares for her students and wants you to do well. If you have questions she helps you through it. Her grading is fair, as long as you put in the effort you should do more than okay in this course. Our class discussions were something I always looked forward to, and the group projects were typically very fun.

I would recommend Professor Rybak to anyone. She is an amazing person inside and out. The class was pretty easy. A lot of easy work and papers were easy as well. No exams and no tests.

I just finished my class with her and I couldn't have asked any more from her. She used our class time very wisely and was always very understanding. Also, I really liked how she gave the class flexibility with assignments. She always was willing to meet outside of class and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I took her my freshman year a couple years ago. She was pretty great to be honest. She would help me come up with things to write about and really stressed academic writing, which is something I didnt appreciate up until that point. She has a lot of personality and uses humor, which makes the class much more bearable!

I actually failed one of the papers before the final research paper and Amy was willing to let me do a re-write for extra points - but I didn't. For the final research paper I went to her office hours multiple times. I ended up receiving a 100% on the paper. Amy is very nice and always willing to help if you put in the effort.

terrible , only C i have ever gotten in college and im currently attending grad school at ohio state. shes awful, told me i was going to pass our final paper if i didnt revise it. i didnt revise and passed. a true joke as a proffessor .

Amy is AMAZING. She not only helps you in the classroom and in office hours but also lends worldly advice. I had her in the fall of my freshman year for the first time and it was always a relief walking into her classroom because it felt kind of like a home. A home away from home where you could speak your mind without repercussion. TAKE HER!

Amy is a great teacher. Her instructions are always clear, she is a smart and an interesting person and provides a lot of help with papers. I personally know that I didn't need the course but it is required to graduate. It was a pain but to me, it was easy. I would still recommend her to anyone.

I took her for GSW 1120. She is by far the hardest professor in this course. There are only like three legit professors in this course, because most are taught by TA's. Take a TA DO NOT I repeat DO NOT take her for GSW. It is so vague and she does not really care about what you are struggling with. She is sweet but not enough.

Rybak is such a nice professor - she looked up articles for me to use for my research paper, and then e-mailed them to me! i've never had a teacher put so much effort into helping her students. she's also very understanding about late assignments. Highly recommend!
