Comment:

Professor Giangrasso was a fair professor. He let us bring a page of notes to the exams which was great! He was very clear on the material for the exams but graded harshly if you got something wrong. I would not take him again, but I got an A fairly easily. Very long and boring lectures, and goes very off topic.

He's a very thorough professor who tries his best to keep late night class interesting. Lets you bring a sheet of notes to the tests which help ALOT. He is super nice and always offering to help if you don't understand a topic. I needed to retake stats and he made it so much easier to learn. Would take again if i could!!!

Such a nice old man. Need to buy the textbook to do the HW which is collected. Goes over the final exam so u can get 100. He has a great sense of humor and made a 2.5 hr night class more enjoyable. Allows 1 pg of notes during tests. Keep all the wksheets he gives u. I hate math but he made it less miserable. Take him for stats!

If you are good at math, this will be a joke of a course for you. If you struggle with math, this is the professor to take. The class is long and can get boring, but professor giangrasso means well and just wants his students to succeed. He is also really funny.

Really recommend him. He's really clear and will go over problems til you get it. Just make really good step by step notes of each problem type and use that to make your test sheet. I ended up with an A+

omg! you have to take him! he is the best; he allows us to make a sheet of notes for his tests, gives us 15 min intermissions; extremely helpful; DONT GET THE TEXTBOOK! He is absolutely funny; considering i had him at night, he was worth my 2 1/2 hours. Take him!

Out of all the professor's I've had here at Adelphi, he is the only professor whom didnt seem to care to respond to my emails and when asked to help me for the final. The class was an easy A if you pay attention and go to class regularly. He goes very slow and doesn't have a problem stopping for questions. It was a very basic course. As long as you attend you're sure to do well.
