The best ESL teacher I've ever had. Indeed, you work a lot in-class, but that really helps to impvrove the writing skills. She hamperes grammar and spelling errors - what I liked in her most. Very nice and fair. Strongly recommend!

The other comments only reflect the poor intellectual standards of their authors. This teacher is great, a classic teacher, makes you learn a lot by working all the time and by giving you a great feedback. Of course she's not an entertainer, neither a clown, she's pushing you to improve your WRITING skills not your social chit chat.

She was the worst teacher I've ever had at Concordia. She doesn't teach anything, and the topics she gives us for essays are all political stuff, so if you don't know about politic well, it's hard. She is not fair and her quizes are pretty hard. AVOID

She does not know how to teach. sending handouts and correcting our papers is her daily job. our daily writing and her correction make us improve quite a bit. class became extremely boring and discouraging after all. top of that we figured out she is so outdated.

She gives a lot of work, but she cannot clearly teach the students as she seems to be quite old or whatever reason. So the class is quite boring. However, her system is different, she make corrections in detail for everyone. So we became aware of our grammar mistakes and structures. She is, however, a quite conservatives, so avoid unusual argument.

She is nice at the beginning but very bias! She thinks she knows everything. I really regret having her as a teacher. I did not anything from her!The moment the classess starts until the end of the class, we write and write. No interaction. Very boring class.
