Comment:

There are only four tests all semester. He doesn't give half credit so memorize specific words because he only uses fill in the blank answers and an essay question. The book is extremely necessary to pass because the tests are based more on the book than his lectures. At Least show up the day before and after test day and obviously on the test day.

Easy A if you go to class and take notes. He tells you what's on every test the day before so you know exactly what to study. All info comes from textbook and there are lots of extra credit opportunities. Mr. Scruggs is also one of the sweetest men ever! Super nice- would love any class he teaches.

Booker is a real nice guy. Gives a ton of extra credit and tells you everything on each exam. The only 4 grades the whole semester are the 4 exams. This class is an easy A if you study.

This class was very easy! He is not the most exciting, but he tells you everything you need to know for the test. As long as you go to class and take the notes then it is a very easy A! I highly recommend him if you want a very basic "intro" class and want an A. He also gives alot of extra credit opportunities!

Although he is an awful professor, his class is very easy to get a good grade in. His "lectures" are basically him reading the textbook and telling exactly what will be on the test. Easy class!

really easy teacher, easy A if you go to class but it is boring. Gives an accurate study guide before the tests. There are 4 tests. He offers extra credit for going to his TV shootings. Easy A if you attend class.

scruggs is a good teacher i brought a book and never used it just listen to what he is talking about in class. he gives a study guide b4 each test.he offer extra credit 4 taping.ask question to get additional points. i miss class often HE NOTICE but doenst say anything.he is big on participation i recieved a B would have an A if i attended class

Do not take this teacher. He reads straight from the textbook, cannot pronounce anything, and frequently makes poor examples of vocab terms. Tests are hard because of very picky wording and no partial credit. He does give extra credit though for going to his TV show. PICK ANOTHER TEACHER IF YOU CAN

Horrible teacher. Reads straight from the text book and constantly mispronounces words. He doesn't seem to know much without the book. Tests are fill in the blank and short answer. All you can do for the exams is to study your notes super well and read all the chps. Only good thing, he gives TONS of xtra cred for attending his tv show.

This is the most boring prof ever. I only went to class so I wouldn't have to read the book. Spent about 15 min before each test studying, got As on all of them. Really easy grader, but you got to know the vocab words. Don't think he really knows much more than what he teaches. Some of what he teaches is wrong from what other profs have taught.

Uggghhh. What can I say about this guy? I dropped the class MORE than halfway through the semester because I knew I couldn't bring my grade up after the first 2 tests. Bases your whole grade on 4 tests and nothing else. Tests are hard unless you read the book forwards and backwards and write down everything he says. Please don't take him!

This teaches is just awful. No matter if you come to class or not, his test are difficult. He asks the most obscur questions that have little to do with the subject. In class, he basically reads sections of the book. This class is not too hard, he does give a lot of extra credit, but it is soooo boring. Take someone else.

This was the easiest class I've ever taken in college. I only went to class the day before tests for his review. He told us exactly what was on the tests. If you need an easy elective, take him but you won't learn anything. He's not a very effective teacher, doesn't seem to know much about sociology. Gives easy extra credit for going to TV tapings.
