At office hours I asked for help to improve my exams. She responded with degrading questions about my educational background. While I spoke she often turned her head to stare at the clock & sigh like a spoiled child. Humiliation & contempt from someone whose job is ostensibly teaching is a big part of why so many students feel alienated from HLS.
