Comment:
Ask the wrong question and she will yell at you; calls students stupid. Very disorganized. She waited until two days before the final lab report was due to return the first lab report, which was due over 2 weeks prior. By the last week, she had only graded 3 of 12 lab discussions. From one "A" student to another, DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS.

Dr. Brennan is an excellent chemistry lecture professor. She does not use prepared slides, which allows for more in-class demonstrations to be presented. Also, she has incredible office hours and is available often when office hours are not in session. Extra credit is available, too.

She is AMAZING she cares very much about each and every one of her students. She is a little scatterbrained but it doesn't affect her teaching. She does extra credit on every quiz and truly just wants to see you becomes a better scientist.

Dr. Brennan is hilarious! However, sometimes it makes it a little bit hard to pay attention. Do the online homework and get tutoring!

Dr. B. is a mess, but she's very relatable. Though she is very blunt and sarcastic in personality, I really don't think she means anything maliciously. She writes what you need to know on the board and utilizes worksheets (which is good for kinesthetic learners). If you try she will help. Lots online homework, but it's mandated by APSU, not by her.

Comment:
Dr. Brennan is a somewhat above average teacher. Her class is pretty entertaining due to her personality. She goes through the material pretty slowly and writes what you need to know on the board. Online homework may be a chore, but it isn't too bad. She is not helpful at all outside of class, despite her saying she is readily available for help.

I loved Dr. Brennan's class. Lab was a pain, especially having it three times a week in summer term, but she made the material easy to understand and, since she is a volunteer firefighter, very relatable. Also very personable, easy to ask questions, and lenient on late work. Would not recommend, however, if you can't stand cursing or scatteredness.

Comment:
Dr. Brennan was super hyper. She's very sarcastic, and though she means to be funny it can come off rude. She seemed to never be prepared, and NEVER graded quizzes, labs, or lab reports until months later. The labs were fun, and she seems passionate but she even told us, "Your grades are bullsh*t", because she had not graded anything all semester.

Dr. Brennan is great! She works with you and loves questions. She wants to make sure you actually learn the material and understand it. She provides many practice problems and worksheets to prepare you for test. She is defiantly not an easy A, but she is worth taking!

Dr. Brennan is an incredible professor! She will work with you on due dates and things of that nature. Tons of fun in class and lecture. She is tough but fair, if you want an easy A do not take her. You will learn a lot! You will have to work hard in the class. Will be taking her again!

Dr. B is pretty funny and she actually teaches the subject well. She can get very distracted, and has tons of random (sometimes rude) outbursts in class, but she still manages to get through all of the material. However! She's a really good person and she is always there for her students. She can be very flexible. Tests were not unreasonably hard.

clear explanations, short notes but very clear. 4 exams (extra credit on sig figs) cumulative final, lab: quiz at beginning of ea lab, pre lab, lab, pos-lab (very easy), only 1 lab report, very flexible and helpful in all possible ways, funny, the class itself is hard but she gives clear explanations, owl is required to do hw, and hw lab

She was very precise, and helpful with examples. Utilizes OWL online, not a lot in the textbook. She's very helpful and clear, and really wants to help her students understand. She's very knowledgeable on her subject, and it shows that she really loved it. Definitely recommend Dr. Brennan.

quant is like genchem 2 but taken to a wharder level. If you just sailed by in chemistry 1&2 and didn't really absorb it you'll be in trouble. shes a great teacher and helps whenever you need it. shell tell you if you were already supposed to know something, but shes the only one that will hold you accountable for what you shouldve already learned

I really liked this class, but it's not for anyone who wants an easy A. Dr. Brennan will make sure you actually learn but you have to put in the same effort that she does. If you attend class, pay attention, and study, you'll be fine.

Took her summer class. Almost everyone received a C, but it was just too much for the summer term. She is a great person and teacher, full of knowledge, and a very energetic, sniffed-one-too-many chimicals personality. She does pick favorites but it's not that hard to get on her good side.
