Avoid professor Blatz's Intro to Logic class. He does an awful job presenting the material and isn't always clear. Very smart, but not a good teacher. Many other teachers agree with my opinion that he is not an adquate teacher.

Very confusing to listen to. Our homework and textbook were online, I learned a LOT more about the class when I stopped listening to him and just read the textbook. He tries hard, but he's just not good at explaining things.

Very hard to understand, and not much help when I asked him about out finals. The T.A.s knew nothing about the class and when I brought the professor up with another professor they laughed and said his class is a joke.

One of the very few teacher who does not hold your hand, but still is polite and fair. A class where I was learning something while the teacher still being reasonable. He is one of those rare professors

A very fair man, course work wasn't an easy A. Many didnt like him,but I managed to be on good terms with him. His feedback was honest but selective. He was another diplomatic teacher I had. overall:Hard but fair class and a very abstract thinker

Dr. Blatzes classes are kind of boring and I get fight sleep constantly in his lectures, but this might be typical for any philosophy class. Easy professor though. All of his exams and projects are take home and he posts all of his notes.
