Comment:
He is absolutely a great human being, but he is terrible as a professor. I can tell he does his best and loves his job but students can't understand him. We only have tests, no other assignments at all. If we fail tests we are failing the class. The notes he gives us don't help AT ALL with the 100 question tests he hands out.

Comment:
This guy is a terrible speaker. The class frequently asks him to repeat what he is saying because he cannot speak clearly and mumbles. The tests are the hardest, most ridiculous tests I've seen at a community college. Half the questions on them are not even what we talked about. Do not take this person.

Great teacher. Show up prepared and take good notes. No surprises on test. If you struggle with any material, he is more than happy to help. Does not tolerate laziness, nor should he - he gives 100%

"this professor's tests are horrible and not on material read!!!!" to quote another rater. This person is correct but misleading. He gives notes, and the tests are exactly from the notes. Edington is one of a kind, energetic, funny, VERY smart, willing to discuss, and gives tons of real life situations he has been a part of to relate material

I couldn't believe the blue mark when I saw this name here. I had Professor Edington for a professor when I was taking Sociology. The man is one of a kind and can truly capture the attention of the class without needing to overview chapters. He gives excellent notes and what you learn is what is on the tests. The exams are easy, multiple choice.
