Forgot to assign things,, returned unclear comments on lab reports which made it very difficult to improve them in any way. I recommend him if you enjoy getting poor grades and generally not learning a whole lot

He loves trains. He doesn't know how to teach, advise, or communicate but he knows trains.TRAINSSSSS. I learned nothing except how to make matlab programs for the test and then just change the numbers. It is useless and so is he.He uses a speech software to write tests but due to his poor speaking the test comes out non-sensical. Waste of time.

also had him for engr 325. this guy is really bad. handwriting is bad, and always stands in front of what he writes. nippert's lectures are completely random, in thermo he spends most the class going over the hw you just handed in. in controls, lectures are completely random, no background info given. at least he curves tests making class easy

Nippert is not helpful as a professor as well as an advisor (go to Maffia for any advising problems). He's nice to you, but is just NOT helpful. He looks hurry in everything he does, and this bothers me. Anyway, his grading is very easy.

UUUUHHHHHHH, ummmmmm... That about sums up the courses, he has a serious volume control problem, and he likes to take very long pauses in speaking. He knows what he's talking about, but he's an engineer to the core (he doesn't know how to talk) try to take Engr econ with Merskey

Nippert is an interesting guy. He makes class different but enjoyable. He had a different teaching style than most, but it's not bad. His grading is fair and curved.

Nippert is helpful in the programming class and almost gives us the answers if needed. He follows our book and gives take home tests. He is a good teacher.

Prof Nippert doesn't follow the book at all. He gives homework out of the book, then his tests are nothing like the homework. He is not very helpful if you go see him during office hours and he is extremely sloppy when writing on the board.

Charles Nippert is the last person on earth that should be teaching. He defeats the only propose of having professors. Everyone has complained bout him in the past but widener does not have much options!
