Dr. Edwards has been my favorite professor at Meredith. She will do anything she can to not only make you successful in her class, but also in the future. She genuinely cares about her students. I would take her classes over and over again if I could. SHES THE BEST!

Comment:

Dr. Edwards does everything- she's the department head, she is on committees, she teaches, and does research... and yet I have never met anybody else who is more willing to set aside time to make you feel better or answer existential questions. She is real, but refreshingly so, and very experienced. Her classes are fantastic and interesting, too!

I absolutely loved Dr Edwards. She is such a great teacher and overall an amazing person. She gives a lot of writing for 210 but they are enjoyable to write. I wrote a 12 page paper and got a 100, so as long as you follow directions you will do well on the papers. Tests aren't super easy but if you pay attention and study you will do fine.

Wow! Best, most informational class ever. I went in there not knowing what I wanted to do at all and now have an internship lined up and am on a path towards a career. She is so unbelievably knowledgeable and is there for you. She makes time for you on her extremely busy schedule. Very smart lady.

Dr. Edwards was amazing! Her midterm and final are the definition of a "writing intensive" course but she gives you as many chances to get an A as you'll take! I loved her class and I loved her!

She's nice but she never finishes her lecture notes so we have to cover 1/2 the material on our own time. Her quizzes are online, but her tests are THE WORST. They are impossibly hard and most people get C-D. They drop your grade 20 pts & are on things that she doesn't cover. 2 papers are time consuming, but she's easy with their grading.

My favorite professor so far at Meredith. She is extremely helpful, truly knows the material, good teacher, gives great examples and explanations, reminds you about upcoming assignments, and cares about her students' wellbeing. Just put in the effort, go to class, and introduce yourself, and she will love you and help you if you are struggling.

This class was very easy and non-stressful but I feel like I learned a lot. I really like her teaching style which focuses on assignments that require you to LEARN the material but that aren't necessarily difficult/stressful. If you want to get an A, you will not have a problem if you go to class, take good notes, & put effort into the 3 papers.

hands down the best professor at MC. she will do anything for her students. she has the super power of taking a class of extremely different leveled individuals and challenging them all. she has all the answers.she is one of the smartest and strongest women I've ever met. she has helped me overcome more fears than she is aware&motivates me everyday

she's got such a mom character to her but she's really good at giving legit examples of what the lecture is on. she covers everything pretty clearly and knows that as long as you learn and retain what she had taught, the grade you get will not be a problem. she's also my adviser and she's a cool lady.

wonderful professor! she does her best to make class interesting. straight forward and so helpful. her exams cover lots of material, but as long as you come to class, and study the class is easy (got an a). very willing to help and very motherly nature. one of my favorite professors at meredith! i am taking an 8am just to have her again! :)

This was a difficult class but I learned SO much more than I expected in an intro to psych class. We didn't always cover everything that we read in the textbook but the class was hands on and engaging. If you wanted to make a good grade, it was up to you to put in the effort. She was very reasonable in grading & was always willing to work with you.

I thought she was an awsome teacher...not a class you can just "breeze through" you do have to work...but it's worth it..when I was done I really felt like I'd learned something. I never read but I studied and took good notes and aced the final. She's a really nice person too...take her!

She is a very nice professor. If you study for the tests then you should get an A in the class. She also gives lots of etra credit opportunities. You do have to take notes as she lectures but most of the time the information is right out of the book. It is an easy class!

She is a great professor, and more importantly a great professor! You do have to work for the class, but if you're willing to put the effort in, she will work with you. She has DETAILED study guides for her tests so if you pay attention in class & study for them, you'll do great! I got an A in it.

I had her for Lifespan & Introduction. Her tests are hard and her class is boring but she is very nice & willing to work with you. All you have to do is make the effort. If the class average is low on a test she lets you do corrections! She really isn't bad. I took her twice & would do it again.

You think its gonna be great the 1st day but after that it sucks. All she does is give powerpoints and talks. Her tests are insanely hard and some of the questions you havent even studied. I did bad in her class. I dont think she is very helpful and excited about educating us students. Thumbs down!
