The absolute worst learning experience ever. Does not respond to emails in the time frame he promises. Does not grade projects in a timely manner. Too many classes/jobs to devote ample time to his students. Get a Teaching Assistant.

GOOD ONLINE INSTRUCTOR. Just do the work as assigned. He is not a tough grader, just slow at grading assignments, which doesn't bother me in the slightest. A lot of people complain about having to enter 5 different DAYS of participation in a 2 week period of conferences, but again - no big deal. Just do what he asks & the grades come easy.

Very Good Instructor. Some students complain. But, I think some students just don't like to be responsible for anything. This is college. He was always very helpful to me.But he can't do everything for me. I don't expect him to, otherwise I would never learn, and neither would anyone else in class.

Prof. Underwood states in his online class announcments that he is teaching multiple classes and running three businesses. He is not attentative to his online IFSM 201 class. It can take upwards of two or more weeks for him to grade projects.
