Great professor! He was always prepared and the projects were fun. He requires one textbook and you will need to buy it (or at least read the required chapters for the quizzes) Also really helpful with anything related to journalism =)

i took the webzine class with washburn and had a great time. you will very rarely stay the entire time. five interviews for two articles is a lot though, and the projects ARE fun, but he's a tough grader on them. good class, good professor, but i don't know anyone who got an a. and who said he's hot? ew, gross!

Prof Washburn is wicked cool. He makes the three hour sessions fly by. He's engaging because he is knowledgable and interested in the subject matter. I highly recommend his classes.
