I really didn't understand this class as it felt like nothing happened. She gave a few assignments periodically and seemingly made up stuff to give a grade on. She's in an always happy state and it could be a bit annoying at times. She is extremely willing to help out with grades or questions in and out of class.

Overall, she was a pretty good professor. If there was a quiz then she would make sure that we went over the material right before which helped. She would also try to use universal design learning. The quizzes weren't terrible, but she doesn't give many opportunities for extra credit so it is best to take each assignment seriously.

Mrs. Flurkey is a wonderful teacher. She is very throuough and understanding of college freshmen. She often extends due dates and offers extra help to meet the class's needs. She drags elementary teaching into her college teaching, making learning much more fun and interactive.

Ms. Flurkey is wonderful. She's understanding and she genuinely cares for her students. The class isn't exactly easy in itself, but she has a way of making it easy for all students to pass. She is my favorite professor at ISU. Take her class seriously. Be professional!! It's an easy class if you work hard!

Mrs. Flurkey has by far been the best teacher I have had since attending ISU. She cares about the students in her class and will listen to you as well as work with you. She gives great feedback on things that you turn in. If I could have her for another class, I would take it with her!

Dr. Flurkey is wonderful. She is very understanding and genuinely kind. She get to know students very quickly. She is a bit of a tough grader but only because she wants to better her students! She spends a lot of time explaining all of the concepts in the class. She is the best prof I have had so far. I had her for 100 and 200 also.

Mrs. Flurkey is silly and shes entertaining. She will read you childrens books and talk to you like your a Elementary aged kid. Her projects are hard! Shes a tough grader. Do her assignments EXACTLY the way she tells you to. She also grades on "professional dispositions. She is very forgetful! Shes a sweet lady but not the best prof. out there.

I had her for both ELED 101 and ELED 200. ELED 101 was a breeze and ELED 200 is a bit harder, as expected. Everyone complains she talks to you like you're 5 but she's making an example of what you should be like in the classroom. Most helpful and engaging professor I've had thus far.

She treats you like your in 2 grade instead of an adult! She has huge projects worth 3 points, the whole class is only a little over 100 points, so mess one thing up and you've failed. The class was very easy though. Lets you miss one class. She seems very scatter brained and forgetful. She will tell the same storied every week.

This professor always changed her mind about what was going on. She isn't clear in the grading. One week it will be okay to have a certain object in your writing and the next it won't be allowed. Everything is worth a very low score so if you mess up a little bit you get a 50%.

She gives alot of pointless worksheets. The Handwriting and Field experience are the only actual work in the class and neither is for a grade. She talks and treats her class like 2nd grade children. Never know what is going on in her class because she is not clear about what she wants done.
