Comment:

Priestly is a high caliber professor and has taught at top schools. At QC she's a gem. She is very clear of what is expected & almost always in a good mood to get her class going. She gives great positive feedback and is also brutally honest. She is also a hard working artist which inspired me while taking her class. Work hard for an A.

She is quick to judge you and if you are not her favorite you are disregarded. She is rude and acts like the students owe her something, she is completely biased towards non art majors and is to be steered clear from. She can make you feel irrelevant real fast which is not how professors should make students feel. STAY AWAY

Comment:

Professor Priestly is one of the best instructors I have ever had in my life. Knows how to engage and drive a classroom discussion, provides knowledgeable and in-depth critiques that you actually respect and use. She knows her stuff and you can tell she absolutely loves art- take her classes and so will you. Plus her hair is amazing. Love her!!

If you want to really learn how to draw, take this class with Ms. Priestly. It is a lot of work but well worth it in the end. If you get a good grade, you know it was well deserved if you did all the work. Assignments are not hard but time consuming. Just do what the professors asks for and you will be good to go.

If you are not her favorite student, you can forget about a honorable grade which one worked hard for. Students that she liked did not have to come in to class, complete projects in addition, she over looked poor quality presentations. Unfortunately, you will know if you are a favorite or not when you observe her reactions and comments in class.

she is good, if you now the trick is IF You really try hard to improve, she will certainly like you, she likes everyone and has an interest for e one too. Kinda seems hard at first, but shes cool, very cool and honest. Nice heart, not stupid, knows her art.

If you want to learn drawing- then shes awesome. She works you hard, gives you exciting,very creative exercizes, takes a genuine interest in her students and takes you on field trips! What is it with this site. The easy teachers get the chili peppers? Debras hot!

she likes to talk but doesnt like others talkin in her class, if it wasnt for a friend who cleared up everything i needed to do i would probably not have done so well,she definitly has her favorites (who are art majors or have had her class before!!!)shes does expect u to do alot of work,but its okay, i came out learnin how to draw better!!!
