Dr. Mahony is one of the best professors I've ever had. She is challenging and inspiring. She is enthusiastic about teaching and she sets high standards. The reason why I'm getting my PhD in psychology-related field soon is because I took her PSYCH 101 years ago. She helped me lay a solid foundation in this field. Thank you, Dr. Mahony.

Horrible teacher. Don't know why she was ever hired in the first place. She's rude, and apparently she's never wrong. Didn't teach anything from the book, and made her opinions out to be fact. Was graded based on her likes and dislikes between the students, not on effort, ability or completion of the assignments. Intolerable woman!

The worst teacher I've had in my college career. She's extremely rude to students in class and degrading. Has rubrics for assignments but doesn't grade based on them. She grades students well if she likes them. I have never been so frustrated in a class before. I DO NOT recommend this teacher.

Very degrading teacher, she had no respect for her students or their points of views. She took her position of professor to God like behaviors. She was not clear on her assignments and she often would give different students different grading scales for the same assignments. I had no idea what my grade was until it was too late and it was posted.

I took Sister Mahony's Intro to Psych, Biopsych, and 490 classes. They were very challenging and worthwhile--some of my favorite classes from BYUH. Sister Mahony was a great professor! Thank you!

It's been a few years, but I remember liking her, and if you were willing to do the work, she wasn't a bad teacher, she was kind of quirky, in a fun way, I looked forward to her class.
