Comment:

Dr. D is AMAZING. If you simply do the work, and follow the rules and regulations that she sets, you will PASS with flying colors. Projects are a little extensive, but trust me when I say, she wants you to be successful and pass her class, unlike some professors here.

Comment:

Easy quizzes, though exams can be super confusing because either questions are poorly phrased or there are duplicate answer options. But they are open book. Weekly discussion boards and Mindtap. It takes her a long time to grade assignments. I never watched the video lectures and did fine.

Comment:

I didn't personally have Dr. Williams for class, but she was my Academic Advisor. She is awful. It takes days (sometimes over a week) to respond to emails. Whenever it's time to make my schedule for the next semester she is no help to me. I actually had to go to another academic advisor for help. I recommend asking for someone other than her.

Comment:

She is very caring and wants all students to succeed. However, the class has lost its relevancy. No teacher will be using what we did in there in their classroom. It is a bunch of time consuming busy work. The software is way outdated. This class has the potential to be a great class where we learn a lot, and it's very saddening the way it runs.

This class is not easy. Dr. D makes everything clear about what she wants to be done. You create a website from scratch, so do not put of any assignments until the last minute. Each assignment is lengthy, but required to be submitted to her and uploaded on your website by the due date. She is very helpful, wants everyone to pass and do well.

Class was boring and alot of useless things were done and i feel as if i wasted alot of time. I never recieved actual grades for all of the assignments that were done I recieved a great grade but I worked hard on every assignment and feel as if they were not graded..I could be wrong but I was not impressed

I had my doubts about integrating tech. class but all that went away when I got to know DR. D. It was literally the first class I've had that I could be my self with a professor. She made me laugh just about every class. But She did take teaching the class very serious. She knew what she was doing. Very helpful. One class I loved going to.

There is a ton of work to do for this class. She gives very little instruction and most of the work can only be done in the Education Computer Lab unless you are fortunate enough to be able to buy all of the software.

Don't take this class if you are a computer novice. The work load is heavy but interesting. You will learn a lot. She is a fun teacher and encourages students to interact with her in class.
