Despite what most students say, Prof. Morgenstein is quite easy to understand and is not rude. You have to care about the class, and participate enough so that she notices you. When she teaches a concept, she takes you through different examples of problems involving the concept, so you can tackle all the problems you will encounter.

I have had 2 classes with Professor Morgenstein, Algebra and Pre-Calculus. She is not as bad as she is made out to be, you just have to pay close attention in her class and feel open to ask questions if she goes too fast through something, which she does tend to do sometimes. Her tests are not easy and you do have to study, but she is not bad.

From my experience, I thought she taught well. She explained how to do a problem in multiple ways and she had always handed out notes to help with homework. She was even generous enough to let the class use one page of notes for a test. If anyone thought her class was so hard, then they did not give enough effort to learn.

I found her easy to understand, but I have previous maths experience at this level, so it was revision. You do have to keep on top of the homework to get the best out of her teaching methods and coursework, but then you should do that anyway. I can see how others found her difficult, but I found her ok.

Rushed through everything, terrible teacher, doesn't help at all, gets snippy with you when you ask for explanation, grades her tests so wrong, even if you have the right answer, if you did the formula or equation wrong you got the question wrong, would not recommend this teacher to anyone, she blows.
