I have never had a better teacher, or a harder one. He has high, uncompromising expectations for students to achieve but goes far out of his way to help you achieve them. He offered a weekly study session in which he gave 1 extra credit point (10-16 possible points) for each time you showed up. All his assignments were clear and purposeful.

Brilliant professor. Down-to-earth, humble, fair, always approachable and willing to help in any way. Nice guy but not a push-over,expects students to be able to handle an upper level college class. Expects and deeply desires for each student to fully understand the material presented. Great professor if you want to learn,not good for lazy students

This teacher is very difficult, unless you have a previous vast amount of background in bible it is very hard to comprehend his class. All of his tests are short answer. For this class we also had four other projects which all require a lot of work and are very detailed.

Indescribably AMAZING teacher!! Extremely intelligent and equally HUMBLE! VERY GODLY man who teaches for more than the sake of knowledge. His classes have utterly changed my life. Had him many times. Would take him many more times if he taught more classes in undergrad program. Very difficult but more than worth it.
