Comment:

Positives: Professor Hargate simply is a caring professor. His aptitude for knowledge in the visual arts is nearly unmatched. I recommend being a sponge when in his presence. Not Negatives, but not positives: He is a hard grader and doesnt care who you've had for past courses, you have to conform to his teaching style or you will sink.

Comment:

Grant is a great professor. He constantly is walking around the room checking to see who needs help and telling people where they can improve their projects. His grading is somewhat difficult but if you work hard and fix what he says to fix you will get a good grade.

Grant is a very good professor. At first he is hard to read, not sure if he is cool or not. But by the third week I started to enjoy him and the class. He is a fair grader and doesn't pass anyone just because he likes them. You will have to work hard to earn an A but it is not out of reach. P.S. do not buy the book, he told us to but never used it.

Very fair instructor. Constantly walks around and helps students see where they are making mistakes, and tells them how to correct them. You will see a lot of improvement in your work after taking a class with him.

Ceramics is taken as a Gen Ed class for most people, and he graded a little harder than I thought he would have for people that weren't art majors. But, he was willing to help in class, and he gave good feedback on finished work. He kept the mood light w/lots of jokes, although it was a little much sometimes. Overally, pretty good.

Grant is by far one of the best teachers that i have had at Lindenwood! He's a great guy that really cares about his students. You will do great in his class if you just put the effort forth and attend class. He's hilarious and a hottie :)
