I must say, I was a little bit leary about taking this course because I had heard several bad things about Das. In retrospect, I'm VERY happy that I gave it a chance. I felt Das was an excellent teacher and particularly well suited toward this intl business course due to his experience. Go to class, participate, and you'll do well.

In general, I think this prof is more interested in research than being in the classroom. Didn't teach well at the graduate level. Quality of feedback offered was very low. Did not like to be challenged in class at all. In fact, became very defensive! Would not recommend any class taught by this professor.

I took performance mgt from Das and it was a waste of time. Don't take this course, just read the book instead! Das wasn't very helpful, he doesn't like it when you challenge him, and the classes weren't well planned.
