Only have us four tests the entire year. Didnt give a final. Dont have to show for class. Tests are take home. You were born a human and given a story.

She was super funny and allowed cheat sheets on the test. Only 4 tests all semester that make up the final grade, and she ended up cancelling our last. She cancelled class but not to the point that it affected my grade or how much I learned. You don't need to go to class but the lectures were always funny and usually got out early. Really awesome.

Great professor when she could be bothered to show up to the class. She ended up cancelling class just about every week which was a pain. The only grades in the class come from 4 exams that are all multiple choice and you get to bring a cheat sheet. All in all 10/10 when she actually has class. Hopefully she will be better after disciplinary action

This class is extremely easy. She cancelled class a ton which was nice. She allows the use of a "cheat sheet" on each test, so write down all of the information from the PowerPoints and you'll get a good grade for sure. No homework, 4 exams, 25% each.

You do not need to go to class, but if you do she is funny and tries to make it interesting. All lectures are posted online. She cancels class a lot which is rather annoying. Your grade is 4 tests throughout the semester and then completing 6 hours of research, super easy stuff. You do need the book though, tests are 50% lecture 50% book.

She is great, her test are not that hard, just show up and take notes. She lets you use a cheat sheet and uses power points for her lectures. Overall a great teacher and is very funny, not your typical college professor. Definitely would recommend.

This class is a joke. If you can't get an A in this class then youre stupid. No homework but there are study's you have to do. The tests are super easy. She lets you use a cheat sheet. The last test she cancelled the test and gave everyone an 100. She also misses class a bit and lets you out early. She is hilarious as well which helps.

I don't understand why this course's test has so many questions about definitions. This course is math, right? Homework is mathematical question on the book. However, the test only has few questions about math. Others are questions asking you definitions. Also, she thought she's humor but she's totally not. I chose wrong code below.

She was by far my favorite professor this semester! She makes the class very interesting and is always sure to make you laugh. Attending class isn't necessary and don't bother buying the book. I NEVER opened it. She gives four tests and that's all that makes up your grade. You're allowed a cheat sheet on every test.

Professor Cate really cares about her job and is very passionate about what she teaches. Her lectures are interesting because of the stories that go with it. There are four exams throughout the semester and no cumulative final. You get a cheat sheet of notes for each exam. This semester she cancelled the last exam and gave everyone 100%!

Absolutely amazing professor. Only had three exams. Extremely engaging and interesting in her lectures. I actually enjoyed waking up at 7am to go to her classes. I would strongly recommend taking her. Just attend the lectures and write a note sheet for the tests and you'll be set!

I absolutely loved having Dr. Cate! She is kinda cooky but she is so passionate about her classes. Her lectures are essentially her powerpoint, which are posted online, so attendance isn't mandatory. She has a million and one stories to go with every lecture. I didn't open my textbook once and you're allowed a cheat sheet on every test.

You don't have to attend class to get an A, because she provides the powerpoints and lets you use a cheat sheet for the exams. You better write every single word on the powerpoint on your cheat sheet. Oddly, she canceled the last exam and gave everyone 100% on it, which brought my grade to an 89.33% and she rounded it to an A. I pretty much cried!

Get ready to nod your head. She requests that you nod your head before she moves on. Copy the notes word for word, put that on your allowed cheat sheet, and you will do very well. There is homework, but she assigns the odds so you can check your answers in the back of the book.

This woman is hilarious. She is by far one of my favorite professors I have had in college! I took her Psychology 101 course and it was fairly easy. She grades on tests only, which can be bad for some if they are not great test takers like myself. She lets you have a full page, front and back, of notes on the tests. I never used the text book.

Dr. Cate is hilarious, has very engaging lectures, and is a great teacher! It's also a really easy A, she lets you use a front/back sheet of paper of notes, so just write down everything on her slides online, use that on the test, and you're pretty much guaranteed an A! I didn't really have to go to class, but I wanted to! Never used the textbook.

My sister and I both noticed that she says "the tests are based on the lectures" and "if it's not on the slides, it's not on the test." However, there were many times when a question was not on the slides, but appeared on a test. Be aware, study hard

Cate was an OK professor overall. She tends to get off topic during lectures and HATES technology in the classroom so don't expect to take notes on a laptop. Knows her stuff, but is a little erratic so be prepared to keep up. Skipped class and still passed, lectures are online.

Dr. Cate is a great professor, but I would suggest her for a class that you may not need a lot of help in. I didn't take her for statistics, which is probably good because it seems like it would be difficult to follow. Her lectures are quick and everything is posted online. She often lets class out super early. Use the text book as test practice!
