Doesn't teach much. Talks with his eyes closed in very fragmented sentences. Has a water bottle with a flip top that he chooses to very dramatically twist off every time he wants a drink. Grading system is weird, and he's not always clear on what distinguishes a "meets expectations" from "exceeds expectations."

Howard is a fantastic teacher, goes out of his way to make sure you understand everything that he is teaching. Has a clear purpose in his teaching to make sure you will be able to handle situations once your out in the real world. Would recommend him for any student, CS Majors or not.
