Comment:

Professor Garay is an excellent instructor and comes with alot of experience in the language. She is very helpful and will explain the concepts until everyone understands them. However, her expectations are very high, and the grade you get is the grade you EARNED. I had her for Intermediate Spanish I over the summer, and it was a rigorous course.

SHE WAS ALRIGHT, SPOKE TOO FAST AND EXPECTED TOO MUCH. SHE WAS NICE, SO HER TOO HIGH OF EXPECTATIONS FROM HER STUDENTS KINDA MADE THE CLASS BITTER. SHE FAVORS OLDER PEOPLE, SO WATCH OUT.

i took elementary spanish I with prof. garay. she was extremely helpful and if you didn't understand something, she'd go over it again and again to make sure you got it. tests were not that hard, either, and i learned from the class. awesome teacher. highly recommended.

She was a good teacher, very clear, and if you did not understand something she would def go over things with you. Very understanding as well. She does take off for the accent marks thou so just know where to put them. Other than that she was a great teacher.

Took for Spanish I. Very easy. Gives you a lot of information & clarifies things that are confusing. Easy tests, 10 sentence translations for each chapter - that's the only HW. Good professor!

She is the greatest spanish teacher!!! Very willing to help students in need and also very clear in what she's teaching!!! Took it in the summer, but it was great and fun!

Really nice and easy to understand. I took this class in the summer time so it was a bit hard just because squeezing everything in one month, but overall, good class.
