The man along with the others who teach INBU are idiots. Not helpful and relish making idiots out of the students instead of teaching. Arrogant and all he talks about is himself. Will never take him for anything else. I have no respect for this idiot. Also went three hours straight no break. Grades were posted 3 weeks late

One of the best Professor I have had. Professor is expert in Marketing and keeps the class interesting.You will need to take plenty of notes. Book is not necessary.Exams are straight from your notes.

Phenomenal Professor-One of the best at ODU! ~Be ready to take lots of notes. ~He uses the full class time. ~If you put forth the effort you will learn a lot and do well in his class. His exams are straight forward, you either know the info. or you don't. No multiple choice or T/F. Treats you like a Grad Student! A true gift to the university.

I graduated with an MBA in '01. He was absolutely the best prof. I had. He's an expert in Services and very well read and published. He's one of the giants in Mktg academia. ODU is fortunate to have him on staff. You would do well to take any class he teaches. You have to know your stuff to get a good grade from him!

One of ODU's best professors; if you want to learn from an expert, this is the man for you; Dr. Ford is challenging, a subject matter expert, fair, and a very effective teacher. You will leave this class with a much improved knowledge of marketing.

Incredibly knowledgeable. A few teachers in your life you will never forget. He is one of them. He will infect you with his enthusiasm and leave a memorable inpression. He does not look at the book or read off note pages. It is all in his head. Amazing. This is what teaching should be.

Dr. Ford was sent as a replacement for Dr. Sims for the last third of the course. Great and knowledeable teacher. He can relay the material very well. His lectures were very informative and interesting. He did not use the book. Very recommendable. A superior subject matter expert.

Dr. Ford is very knowledgeable in his field and proves that book knowledge does not precede experience. Almost all of the test material comes from in class notes, so do not miss any classes if at all possible.
