Great Professor! I am not excellent at math but he makes it easy to understand. Uses text book only to assign homework problems but it's still a good resource. 4 Tests, drops lowest grade. Time @ end of class to work on homework and ask questions if needed.

Comment:

Is math a weak subject for you? Well, Professor Freeman makes it clear throughout the course that he understands not everyone is obtaining a degree in mathematics. With that being said, he makes the curriculum as easy as possible. He is also a smart and kind man. So I personally urge you to secure a seat in his class. Anyone who has/does is lucky!

The best professor i've ever had. He teaches you ONLY the material you need to know. He is very passionate about his students & WILL SHOW YOU MULTIPLE WAYS to solve a problem till you understand. I should not have passed this class. Got in a car accident in February and missed two months of classes. Professor Freeman was very understanding, gave me the homework(not graded)to work on on my own. I have to say that he's the greatest. He only gives 4 tests, if you do well enough on the first 3 you can skip the last. GREAT GREAT GREAT TEACHER!

John Freeman is flat out the best math teacher. He teaches you what you need to know and doesnt add a bunch of useless stuff to beef up the class. Do your homework and go to class. You'll get an A!

You can't ask for a better math prof. Excellent. Class is fairly easy, but not because he doesn't teach it thoroughly - it's easy because he makes learning it simple. Need the book for the homework. Do the HW, you will be fine. Attendance not technically mandatory but if you want a good grade you have to do the time.

On of the best math teachers I have ever had!! He wants his students to learn and make a good grade. You still have to do the work but if you study you will get an A. 4 tests and drops the lowest grade. He shows you how to do all the problems and will help if you ask. Gives you half credit on test questions for effort even if you get it wrong.
