Very clear, helpful, and approachable. Great guy with real world business experience. 3 tests plus the final and a paper. Tests are not easy but if you study you will be fine. Participation is important.

Attendance/participation not mandatory, but highly recommended for better grade. Class is mostly analyzing cases through discussion and papers. He let us choose to do 2 assignments out of a possible 4 for the highest grade(which included 3 case papers and the final). Try to make each paper around 10 pages and make it professional looking for an A

Make sure you talk A LOT. He likes to debate so always try to make an argument and be able to elaborate (because he will ask you to). Also, you'll have to study really hard; basically memorize the textbook.

Really good class. Professor make you think and talk a lot in the class. Tests are easy, 3 essay questions per each exam, 3 test including final test, plus Final Paper for 10-15 pg. I enjoy it a lot.

Very good professor. Guide students to understand the concepts through digging the carefully selected cases. His class will benefit you a lot in many aspects. Very thoughtful and profound lectures, very smart guy.

Make sure you read the chapters before class so you can use vocabulary. Participate in all the discussions so he notices you. 3 big team projects with presentation and 15 page papers. Lots of quizzes, but the material is common sense. I always got the impression he isn't all that smart, but a good natured guy who grades kinda hard.

This is a thinking type of class. Not a lot of theories are used at all. The key to success is to read the short cases and PARTICIPATE. The exams are medium difficulty. Overall, a very passable course. You will learn a lot of useful techniques that can be applied to the real world. Lots of discussion!
