I had Kazem for two courses, and worked with him professionally. A little scatter-brained and has an unhealthy obsession with the King James Bible (he did his doctorate on it as a literary piece, as I recall), he is nevertheless an excellent prof, and, like all profs at GPRC, an excellent individual.
