Criminal Justice Systems. Responded to emails quickly. You must study for his tests. Gives you all semester to do tests. Sometimes bonuses. He is to the point and very clear about what he wants. Do all of your work and do the best you can. It will pay off.

Not an easy teacher I paid almost $300 for two books in his class one of which I can't even sell back. You definietly need to study for his tests but if you ill out the study guides you should do fine.

Very slow to post on blackboard. In one of his classes we waited 1 month for a study guide to be posted and says he is working on getting others posted. If you are a student that can teach yourself the material take the course if you need help from your professor or if you don't like to wait for study guides DO NOT TAKE HIS CLASS.

This professor is a back stabbing teacher he shouldn't have his teachers license at all his biggest quote is that hes obligated by law, to basically tell on you or to make up his own laws, he forgets he's not a police officer nor is he an attorney and i learned much more on the job training in criminology then what he teaches and hes so ugly!

I am sure other have great experiences with him. But Dr. Salinger has to be the most ill prepared professor I have ever had. He SLOW to post to BB. The paper wasn't too bad, but I have a feeling he is a lot better online because in class he was a nightmare.

This was an online Juvenile Delinquency course. He was no use as far as teaching goes. He gave me a 0 on a paper for NO REASON. Most of my papers are at least A's. Not in his class. He's rude, and grades unfairly. The tests are easy enough, they are multiple choice, but avoid his 10 page papers.

I really enjoyed the subject but he talks to much about nothing...rambles but supposedly he is going to put notes on BB for his classes from now on so it will be soooooo much easier to keep up as he lectures. I am taking him again in the fall so he isn't to bad..take him...you will enjoy him and the class.

He is very funny teacher. If you take him during the fall or spring, he has bonus opportunities. He is also very easy on his test and his term paper is simple, don't make 10 pages out to be something hard.

Not a hard class if you study (even a little) for the tests. The paper is a snap-he makes it sound scarier than it is, but grades pretty easy on it. He's extremely liberal. He gets pretty graphic on some topics. He tells great stories, though.

Do the study guide and do the term paper. Youve pretty much guaranteed to walk out with nothing less than a "C". Salinger really knows the meaning of the word teach.. for both him and the students.
