I took Lori Gesch class COM259 online and it was an easy class. Meaning if you do your homework and follow instructions you will get graded accordingly. She responds quickly to any of your questions and she emails you on updates on your grades. I really liked her and I enjoyed the online course.

Instructor Gesch is fantastic! She gives detailed feedback, and even helps with grammar and citing, without marking you down too much. She is positive and encouraging, knowledgable, understanding, and extremely helpful. If you read the required course materials and put in the effort, you will do well. There's a lot of reading but the material is very easy to comprehend. Lots of writing through short answers which need to be very detailed. A few essays required but very easy & quizzes are easy also. You can get an easy "A" in this class. The teacher is wonderful and helps you if you have any misunderstandings about the lessons. Book is mandatory.

Great instructor. Genuinely cares about her students. She would always message me if I didn't respond to a writing prompt as she expected instead of just giving me a bad grade and letting me figure out my mistake. Only complaint was the amount of reading/videos. Very time consuming class and I didn't care for the text book.

Lori was fantastic! I had great communication with her throughout the semester even though it was an online class. She was open to questions and course suggestions and willing to help out if there was ever an issue with the course. There's a lot of reading and video watching required but if the time and effort is given, this class is wonderful!

Lori is an awesome professor! She provides prompt feedback, and makes the information interesting and relative too. You must get the book and read it to do well but she will help, just ask! I wish more professors were like Lori. Rio is lucky to have her, she is one of their best!

BEST Teacher ever! She is understanding when things happen that r out of your control. She is fair in grading as well. I loved her! She was extremely helpful, supportive, and made the class interesting. She replied back right away to e-mails! I never had to e-mail her much but when I did it was less than 24 hours for sure-usually under 12! She is awesome! And communicates very well.
