Comment:
Extremely dull. Sounds exactly like Rainier Wolfcastle from The Simpsons. Classes consist of him reading the text nearly page by page. Never volunteer an answer unless you want to be called on without warning multiple times in every class for the rest of the semester. Easy essay final.

Probably an awesome guy to have at a BBQ. He has absolutely no motivation to teach, though and it shows. Federal Judge came to school one day, Dubber literally slept though the speech. BTW: what you hear about eye contact is true, STAY OUT OF FIRST THREE ROWS!!!

Boring-But not painfully so. He wrote the casebook, and he basically reads it back to you in class. Extremely laid back, good natured, and on a good day frequently hysterical.

VERY odd. The lectures do seem to be a bit pointless. His book "Model Penal Code" helps. Very likeable.

Comment:
Text is a draft for a book he's writing; it's not very organized and rife with typos. Class is pointless, just do the reading and get a good outline. Class is funny but do NOT volunteer or make eye contact, he'll call on you all the time.

Avoid eye contact at all cost! Don't raise your hand to talk ever unless you want to be called on every day for the rest of the semester!

Comment:
Assigned cases are a waste of time -- get the Lexis headnotes and know just enough facts for class discussion. Otherwise, very clear on what he wants, his text reads easily, and he's hilarious in class.
