Duncan is amazing! I love her lecture style. However, some policies of hers are not for everyone, including: -No laptop (you won't miss it) -Lots of reading and you're always potentially on call. (She has a panel of 3-4 people each day, but you don't know who will be on it.) These actually make learning easier, so I'm a fan.

Engaging teacher. Can be tough/sassy on students when they are late, unprepared, texting, etc. Exam was deceptively tough. Overall, much better teaching style than most professors.

I loved this course. Prof Duncan is well prepared, very clear, and this is a very enjoyable course. Prof Responsibility can be make for a very long, dry course without the right professor, but she managed to make it very enjoyable with the readings & class presentations. Exam is multiple choice & 2 essays. Not "easy" but def straightforward & fair.

Great professor! She is very easy to follow and understand. She doesn't hide the ball with you and you really grasp the material when final exams come. Her exams are not easy, but they are very fair.

Excellent professor! Calls on a panel of three students each day. Covers the material clearly and thoroughly. One of the few law classes you'll find yourself looking forward to going to. Final is challenging, but not unreasonable. Highly recommended.
