Comment:

Despite being a science major, I have taken a dozen classes from Molnar I didnt need & loved every minute. He offered me tons of encouragement & really gave me a lot of confidence as an artist. I've seen him be very harsh w/ criticism & he isn't afraid to hurt feelings - but if you want to improve sometimes you need someone to tell you like it is.

Comment:

Contrary to some comments that can be ignored, Mr. Molnar is an amazing person and teacher - he will help anyone who WANTS to learn but you must show him you WANT to be there not just sit there and expect everything handed to you, it doesn't work like that in life, trust me, I'm there now. He's the reason I stuck with school and am now teaching :)

Comment:

He was not very helpful unless you already screwed up completely. He did not teach a thing in Sculpture. He just basically told us to sculpt without even lecturing on how the clay works, etc. He shows more interest to the people who are just painting in his classroom, than the people who are actually in the current class in session.
