Mickey was one of the best professors I have ever had throughout my entire scholastic career. He had such passion for his work. This made the course fun and interesting. He was always willing to help his students find the means to extract the best from themselves. Also, he was fair in his grading policy.

i love the relaxed/laid back way Mickey teaches. he also does a good job of trying to help writers improve their writing throughtout the course. my favorite part of his classes is the group reading workshops. i wish i could have taken more writing courses with him.

Cool class. Some of the readings had some language I would have preferred not to read. But overall, his class was great.
