This professor tries his best to connect with his students, but if you don't sit in the front row he won't bother to learn your name. The tests are multiple choice and only have around 20 questions, so if you miss about 4 you'll get a C and he does not give partial credit for blue book work. Nice guy but do not take this class, trust me.

He is a very personable teacher that truly and wholeheartedly wants his students to succeed in understanding and retaining the material taught. He is funny at times. Homework is due on the day of the tests. 4 tests, some quizzes if a significant amount of students are missing and a final. Take him!!! He is the best!!!

Comment:

At first comes off as mean and unapologetic. Throughout the semester, I realized that he did truly care for his students and tried his best to help us understand the material. He helps you if you dont understand something after class is over. 4 tests and final, 16 arranged hours, there are pop quizzes throughout the semester so show up on time.

Comment:

Pros - Meknuni is a really nice guy, he actually really does care about his students. He tries his best to make sure everyone understands and simplifies concepts so you get it. Cons - lots of homework, pretty fast pace, extremely loud and somewhat in your face.

Meknuni is a great teacher. He simplifies concepts but it is understandable. Go to class, don't miss any. Do the homework. And you'll go fine!

You may not like Meknuni at first because he's loud, but after some time you'll see he actually cares that you pass. He doesn't tolerate uncaring/disruptive students. HE GIVES A LOT OF HOMEWORK! He goes over new material by the week. There are 4 quizzes and 1 final. I guarantee you will learn a lot and pass IF YOU TRY, so keep up with the studies..

He is not a very understudying teacher you have an emergency he wants to be in your business i had a problem and he kept telling me to tell him but its NONE OF HIS BUSINESS! HE ISNT GREAT AT TEACHING ! Lots of HW!

You might not like him at first but you'll realize that he is actually a cool professor. He just wants all his students to pay attention a lot in class. I think his funny and I will surely miss this class. Tests are very easy and they're multiple choices with 20 math problems. Also do all the homework. I actually got an A in the class. :)

He really cares about his students and he takes his job very seriously. This is a man who puts 180% into his teaching and expects the same back. He challenges everyone to do their absolute best with math and I that's what I needed. He also doesn't let his students fall behind because he grabs everyone's attention and gets everyone involved.

If you want over 200 problems for math homework a night take him. He thinks he's funny but he's not. He will irritate you if you are not a math person. Does not except late work. He will accuse you of cheating so be careful where you sit during your test. Gives 4 test and a Final. I don't recommend him to anyone. Stay away from this class

Hands down GREAT professor, he might be tough and a little loud at times but aside that he is great. Explains things very well, if you don't understand something he will notice by your facial expectation and he will explain over and over until you get it down. He wants to see all his students succeed that is way he is tough on his students.

When teaching the material Professor Meknuni is confusing at times because he teaches the material extremely quick. He gives a lot of homework!!! I would not recommended to students who are not willing to put their time on studying!

Spring 2014 - Great professor, very smart. Moves a little fast, but you can always go to his office hours for some extra help. Your grade really reflects your effort. I got a B, but I slacked off from time to time. I wish I took the class a bit more serious to get an A. Oh well, would recommend. Just put in the effort and it'll show.

He gets easier as you move on throughout the semester, alot of homework (due in like 1 month) 4 test, a final, he teaches fast, but helps review for the test,then goes over the test questions for u to know what you did wrong. I got a C+ at the end of the semester,i was surprised,I only got on A on a test, and got D's on the rest. HE A GOOD TEACHER.

I had him for fall 2013. He is loud, nd he dont let you use the book in class. u get homework every night from the book. It only 5% of your grade and you have 4 test and 1 final. The tests are multiply choice they are 20 - 25 question (THIS IS CHAPTER TESTS NOT THE FINAL!) DONT SLEEP IN HIS CLASS OR HE WILL KICK YOU OUT AND DROP YOU! he was okay.

Professor Meknuni is great! I suck at math and I passed. I took his class for the 6 week summer session. It wasn't too bad. Buy the book because you will need it for homework!He's extremely loud and wants your undivided attention for every second of the class.Class is based more on tests than it is on homework. Just do the work and you'll pass!
