He offers extra credit. He is not a hard grader. He doesn't use attendance, you can by absent and not loose points. The final exam and midterm exam are just 2 questions in essay form. Only one homework ( 8 pages essay). He is easily one of the best professors of the school. The only bad thing about him is that he doesn't check his email frequently.

Easy course. If you need an elective I recommend this teacher. Class ends early for the most part. But, he does bring his anger from home to class and takes it out on students. Easy A.

He is def an easy professor but I'm not sure about his knowledge. He doesn't teach very objectively, incorporates a lot of his own opinions, and the poor freshies or young students take take him think he knows a lot. Not really people. Do your own research please.

I was really looking forward to this class but was highly disappointed. Prof spends the whole time talking about personal opinions & not really art history. It's an easy pass but you learn/get more from just reading the book. 2 exams that are essays and 1 research paper.

Take this piece of advice, don't take this guy's class. You don't learn anything and he is always in a bad mood and yells very often when frustrated...very bad attitude...and he leaves early. He sucks!

Professor Kellerman has made more of an impact on me and my understanding of painting than any other professor / mentor I have known. His insight and passion about art is enlightening and infectious. Any student who is open to learning something deeper about the technique and philosophy of painting, will do well to know such a wonderful teacher.

extremely easy class. he doesn't teach us how to draw or paint. he pretty much comes into class and just tells everyone to "get to work guys." and then sits down and does his own thing. he likes to talk a lot about life. very laid back.

I loved his class. I learned a lot about art and architecture and the subject was not hard at all. His lectures are interesting and he shows pictures. If you do not like art, you will find it very boring. I thouhgt it was very intersting and informative as well as taught in a very laid back manner. I did not buy the book and still got an A.

If you want to kick back and learn nothing - take this class in the evening. Kellerman lives in the burbs and this is his time to 'kick' back before his long ride home. You will learn '0' from this class. No methods on drawing what so ever.

Mr. Kellerman is a nice guy. We are in our fourth week of class and he has not taught us anything. We are STILL trying to draw a candle holder. He is not giving us any tips on how to shadow, blend or emphasize. I hope it gets better. Easy class, a bit boring.

This was an easy course, but you do have to attend. Mr. Kellerman is a very nice guy and I appreciated how laid back he is. The class is 2 exams and a medium-length paper. Very knowledgable about the subject as well and you will definitely learn something. He does have a tendency to dwell a little too long on some topics, but a good prof overall
