We only had best 2 of 3 exams, participation, and a group project due to the Hurricane. (originally 3 of 4 exams) Be sure to take good notes on her lectures and go through the textbook. (definitions mostly) Grades easy on the group project. Just make it creative and fun. She also gives extra credit for showing up to class on some random days.

Great professor. Best 2 out of 3 exams. Tests consist of 50% of lectures and 50% from the textbook. Extra points for showing up to class. There is 1 Group project, which was easy as long as you do what she asks for on the list, and also be creative. Made an A. She's great! Also finished a month early.

Comment:

Great professor and sweet individual! She really puts an effort in for her students to learn. Class consisted of 4-5 test including a final which is optional for your to take as well as a group presentation that is SUPER EASY. Overall this class is decently easy if you put in the effort! Read the book and study her powerpoints and you'll be good!

Comment:

Great professor! Only need to show up 9 specified days, however, exams cover stuff from lecture and the book. Therefore, I would recommend attending class because she tells you what is on the test. One group project which is easy and fun if you have a good group. The rest of the grade is from attendance based on those 9 days. Overall, easy class!

She's not as easy as I thought she would be. It's definitely not an easy A. The tests are very detailed and there is a ton of info you need to remember for them. Unless you have to don't take this class.

You do have to show up for the lectures, but Professor Werner is a VERY reasonable person and care about her students. There are 4 tests (keeps the 3 highest) and a group project. Material comes from a blend of lectures and textbook. Attendance is mandatory only 9 days which she tells you in advance. Love her! I wish she taught more classes.

Four exams, and the lowest one can be dropped. The 50 questions are made 25 from the class, and other 25 from book. Also, there's one speech with many rigorous rules on it (like you cannot just read & you have to move around class)...... Overall, her lectures are pretty hard because you have to take lots of notes.

All I can possibly say is that this professor is simply awesome. One of the best professors I've ever had in college. A relatively easy class, just definitely pay attention to her lectures, study things like: bolded words, definitions, italics words, current issue sections, and bullet points within the textbook and you should have yourself an A..!

HRM. Very easy class. Four exams, one dropped. Based on lectures and textbook, though you can still make an A w/o a book. Group presentation is graded very leniently. Go to class, her lectures provide a great majority of the test questions. Easy A, I aced the first 3 exams so I was exempt from exam 4 and done w/ the class the first week of April.

Great professor! She is very helpful and informative, she'll answer any HR/management-related questions that you have. 4 exams (drop lowest 1) and 1 presentation. Exams are easy if you follow her hints! Definitely recommand for anyone who will obtain an office job in future!!

Fantastic class! Excellent lecturer, willing to clarify. 1 group presentation, and best 3 out of 4 tests. Tests are 50%Lecture, 50%book, but if you concentrate on parts she tells you, you don't need to read the whole chapter. Definitely cares for her students. Very easy B, very manageable A with a little more effort. Class usu ends 2 wks early too

This professor is not very nice. After Hurricane Ike displaced me from my home for several weeks, she was unwilling to make any allowances for me. I was taking it as an online class and she would not let me make up anything. I am certain that she just didn't want to deal with the inconvenience of that. All my other professors were cool but her.

Tests consist of 50 multi. choice questions, 50% from lectures and 50% from the book. Tests are pretty hard because there so much material that you need to know, you basically need to know everything from all chapters. She is a nice lady though, it is possible to get an A if you study alot.

LOVE this class! the professor is really great, and the course is set up pretty good as well. attendance is not mandatory except for certain days, such as the group presentation days. there are 4 tests, and you can drop one. i was done with the class in the first week of april! there is 1 group presentation. highly recommended!
