Excellent professor. Knows databases forward and backwards. You need to spend many hours a week studying queries. This is not a class to take with a full load. And do not even try to cheat. Earn your grade by studying.

He gave boring and ill-prepared leture with his accent from India. I also wonder what kind of IT course bans students to use laptops in his classes. How we suppose to learn to use database system softwares by listening to instructor only? He even does not prepare powerpoint or other visual media but using MS Word with text only. Terrible instructor

I took this class as an elective. Being an Accounting student required me to put in a lot more effort, but it was worth it. I learnt a lot of stuff about databases and Oracle. Great teacher.

He thinks that he know everything . but the fact is that even the poorest student the class knows better than him . No transparency in grading you will never know your test score until it is posted in the schools website after final exam. so there is no chance for improving academics based on your performance in the previous tests.

His tests are not so difficult but you need to finish them in 90mins. That's tough. You don't need to read 3 textbooks, just focus on his notes and do homework that you can learn a lot. And try to pass 2 Oracle certificates that will pump up your grades.
