Good guy and all, but his grading is SO arbitrary. Instead of an A or B+ on a paper he gives number grades. What is the difference between an 88 and 89? Or an 81 or 94? Very much way too academic. Not a 'real world' person. Just an Academic Jones. No one learns from someone like that. Wake up SJ
