I took her eCore class. If you do the work and you're insightful, you'll do well. She is very organized which is a major plus. All the reading takes place online so there are no additional books to buy. I'd recommend the course and the teacher to anyone. I wish everyone was as organized. I just like that everything is clear and concise.

Dr. Roseman did a great job teaching this course! This course is hard! You have to do all of the assignments and paying attention to her comments is key! Don't take this class expecting to breeze through it! If you work hard then you should not have a problem getting an A. She even let me turn in a late assignment with no penalty

Comment:

I love History and love when teachers make it fun. I have had many history teachers in my college career and this was the worst by far. Instead of fun and wanting to learn more I dreaded the discussion on which she tells you to debate and have an opinion but if she doesn't agree with your opinion you get negative feedback.

This was by far the hardest class I have taken. Her test questions are about random facts instead of events or theories. If you do not have all details memorized you will not do well. You have 2 hours to take her tests and you need all of it. If you are not a history fanatic, or if you really want to learn about history move on.

I think this class would have been kind of awful if the book hadn't been well-written. She's a good teacher, and responds quickly to questions. Her grading on her discussions is a little odd though. Occasionally I felt like my grade was based more on her mood and not on my writing.

Took this class online. Be organized for tests because you do not have time to google everything. Plenty of writing but she is incredibly available and teaches online like you are in the classroom. Turn everything in online and do the work - you will get an A!

Wouldn't recommend her. She gives too much work with not enough time to complete the assignments. I thought online classes were suppose to be somewhat more flexible than attending a class on campus.

Dr. Roseman is an EXCELLENT professor, she was one of my favorite for Spring Semester. She is very helpful and answers email promptly, if she is traveling she gives you her cell phone so you can reach her if you have questions. I found the materials hard and the quizzes and test were difficult. But an "A" is possible. Great Professor :)

Brilliant. Helpful and fun. Engage with her and get to know her a bit. She goes a long way to help you succeed if you will simply ask for help. Online, she stays in close contact with her class. Take full advantage of this kind and very skilled professor. I would recomend her in an instant to anyone. I wish all professors were as good as Dr. R. :)

Prof Roseman is amazing. YOU MUST LIKE TO READ to take this class. Do not count on using your notes on the tests. Easy A is you follow her instructions and turn things in on time. She emails back and is great to talk to. Out for Spring 2011 - look for herin the summer.

Comment:

Super cool teacher. Study questions are difficult, but will make you learn material. Tests are no joke, they are hard. MUST do study sheets to be able to do ok on tests. She offers tons of extra credit that can bump your grade significantly. She is understanding, very nice and shows that she wants you to do well. Good communicator.

Great teacher. Offered an extra credit assignment for every test that could easily boost your score by an entire letter grade. Essays and Discussion post can be a nuisance but easily manageable. Doing the optional questions and turning them in for checking is basically an answer key to the tests. Not an "easy" A, but by no means a hard class.

Dr. Roseman is one of my favorite teachers of all time! I was actually sad when the semester was over. She is VERY HELPFUL and understanding. I've recommended her to many friends and as long as she works for GPC I will keep it up! The class is not "easy" however if you make an effort and do your work, you will be successful. She's not easy, but she's very interesting and quite nice. Despite the fact that it was my toughest class, it was also my most enjoyable. I loved the fact that she allowed us to be creative with essays and discussion questions.
