This professor is horrible. I would not recommend her to anyone! The professor is rude, she will not help you, she reads notes from a screen and gives no examples and expects you to know all of the material, she makes you feel stupid if you answer something wrong, she is always crabby and the tests are unbelievably hard! I pray I pass!

Bio 111 was a challenge and she didnt really try to help me she would always send me to tlc or a peer mentor from her past classes. Inspite of how hard she tried to make it for me i passed by the grace of god. I notice that she had her favorite students. she would only help certain students and when others would ask she would send you to tlc

I'm finishing this class today and I hope to God the Dean takes action to remove or clamp down on LaLonde. Something needs to be done about this blatantly incompetent excuse for an instructor, who tells stories and reads off of slides to "teach" Biology, and responds to questions in a discouraging manner, expecting us to know the material already.

I'm afraid to say that my comments will reflect the negative ones of others. The test reflects the study objectives minimally at best, making studying difficult, and with the discovery of some inconsistencies in her teaching (i.e. the claim that pyruvic acid doesn't start the Krebs Cycle, which is incorrect), I'm not pleased.

WHat can I say besides I don't like her teaching style and she"s very hard to understand...Yes she knos her stuff but expects you to know everything she knows as well! Don't like this teacher! She is also not sensitive to her students PHOBIAS...like spiders! Would never reccomend her to anyone I know!

I really liked her. She knows her stuff. I am currently in A&P and she definetely prepared me for it. She is extremely hard but just do your work and study. She does run her class room very military style, but I liked it, she helped me whenever I asked. Great biology teacher!!!

She is beyond rude, it is disgusting. You cannot ask her a question, she will refuse to answer or humiliate you. On one lab, I was beginning to understand the concept, and checked ahead to see if I was understanding. She immediatly pulled the lab away from me and told me if I ever cheated again in her class she would drop me.

I think is ok but not something that should be done all the time. It is her job to teach us and she is not doing that i never had a e before until now. i tried to my best i got a D

Worst teacher EVER at delta. She was incredibly rude to me all semester. When i would ask her a question she would eithergive me a snotty reply or ask another question in return. Her test questions were confusing and she never words anything the same so its near impossible to pick out the correct answer. never in my life have ihad such a rude teach

iam taking this class still i actually have it today. i dont like this teacher because she is very rude. when you ask for help she will ask you another question. which is not helpful because you dont know. she grades only by test which is not rigth. if you show up and partcipate that should count. but it dosent dont take her she is not helpful

She was a great teacher!!! I learned so much from her. If you are looking for an easy A, it will not happen with her!! Her test are really hard but you get two re-takes which will always benfit your grade regardless of what you got on them!! Awesome TEACHER!!!

I would not recommend taking this teacher not just for personal reasons but because her grading is unethical. She takes out your personal worst then the classes average worst. there was a quiz that the majority of the class did bad , but i studied very hard for it and did great, but because the class did bad she took my good quiz lowering my GPA.

It's not the easiest class out there, but this is college. If you keep up with everything, you will do fine. The outcomes she gives you for the test are exactly what is on the test, so know the outcomes! If you aren't willing to work for a good grade, then don't take her.

She's very good, and she knows what she's talking about. You learn a lot from her if you do the work and pay attention. It's not overly difficult stuff, but it's not a "blow-off" class. Her humor takes a little getting used to, though. I really enjoyed having her as a professor.
