I recommend that you do not take this teacher. She gives ridiculous assignments and grades them insanely hard. But if you want a Africa-American based class for your supposed to be general English course than take this class.

She's tough but a good teacher. I found that she uses a lot of African American literature, so if that interests you, you'll enjoy her class. If not she's still fair and helpful.
