Comment:
Professor Sundheim provides so many resources/notes on D2L. Print the notes before class to make following along even easier, so you can focus more on what hes saying than writing the whole time it helps a lot! 4 exams are 80% of your grade, but he lets you use a full sheet of paper, front and back for notes during them. He is a wonderful prof!

Richard was my adviser and I took multiple classes with him. He was helpful outside class but always seemed to ignore my emails which didn't feel nice. As a teacher he was okay. He is very smart while choosing the course materials. Go to every class, albeit the lectures can be boring. He's willing to help if you put in the work. A tough grader.

Prof Sundheim is a genuine guy at heart, who puts forth a lot of effort into planning his lectures. However, his grading is ridiculous, lectures will bore you to sleep, and will give you assignments that will leave you questioning why you even took his class. Tip: Show up every day, study the material outside his lectures, and you might just pass

Love Richard as a person. He's a cute older guy who is in a good mood. He plans long lesson plans ahead of time and is organized, but He struggles to teach in ways we will understand. We used JMP, a software program, and the tutors didn't even know how to work it. Struggled with this class and would likely try a different teacher.

He is a wonderful guy but can't teach well. He is very old school and his lectures consist of him going into detail on things you will never see again.

Ive never struggled so much in my life. His lectures are the most boring thing ever and he's not good at explaining things. I would recommend staying away from this professor if you need to take stats.

worst teacher I have ever taken. Thinks he is better then everyone else. Tests are 80% worth of your grade. Does not teach at all and expects you to know everything. I would suggest to never take this man and run. You do 2 homework assignments every week and one lab. AWFUL PROFESSOR.

Very disappointed. What he lectures in class is different from the homework, JMP labs, and exams. You are pretty much on your own in this class. His lectures are not very helpful. He can talk for hours without coming to any clear conclusions. I would not recommend him as a professor, unless you are naturally gifted in math skills.

Terrible teacher, unclear of what he's looking for, hard to understand at times, jokes are not funny, classes are boring, tests are totally different from what he teaches, JMP projects are confusing whether you go to his demonstrations or not. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!!! NEVER CLEAR ABOUT WHY HE MARKS YOUR ANSWERS WRONG ON EXAMS!

Terrible professor. Students ask questions and he doesn't answer the question - doesn't understand things he didn't prepare for. Doesn't teach the material well. Homework problems have to be solved a different way than on the tests/labs. Not willing to help students understand in a different way. His way or no way at all. DO NOT TAKE HIM.

By far the worst professor I've ever had. Does not know a thing about teaching and I'm honestly shocked he's still a teacher. If I could use profanity in this review I would. Plus side, you never have to attend class because you will learn more from yourself and the text than you will from his class.

I generally don't have issues with professors, but Mr. Sundheim was awful. Super nice guy, and he's fantastic at statistics, but he can't teach for his life. Avoid his class if possible. He is unclear and emphasizes on the wrong things. He assumes everyone has a clear understanding of stats right away. Worst prof. I've ever had. avoid him.

The worst professor I have ever had at SCSU. Doesn't explain anything, assigns a lot of homework, and has the tendency to beat around the bush with everything he does.

This guy is awful. He is not very helpful in office hours or for questions after class. Makes difficult tests on purpose & will teach new material the day of the test and test you on it. He assigns a ton, A TON of homework. He is an extremely tough, meticulous grader on all labs and tests. If you are just trying to get a B and move on NOT HIS CLASS

Professor likes to ask multiple choice test and labs and asks trick questions. When asking for help he just tells you to referrence he notes and leaves you feeling frustrated. If you ask questions in class, the way he responds makes the student feel like they are being demeaned.

Nice guy, but extremely socially awkward and very very very confusing. He's a wizard at statistics, but couldn't communicate it clearly to save his life. He goes on and on and on about minute points. Certainly not a good fit for your average statistically challenged biz. major.

Dr. Sundheim was one of the worst professors I've ever had at SCSU. He is very unclear with the material he teaches and doesn't help you out if you ask for help. He does allow you to use a cheat sheet for the exams but it didn't really help me out. I don't recommend taking this professor.

One of the worst profs I've ever had. Terrible at explaining material that is hard to understand. He also doesn't understand that 90% of the class is taking it because they have to not bc they want to. Its a shame scsu hired someone like this. DO NOT TAKE HIM!!!!!!!!!!!
