Comment:

I'd been told Chef Robb was stern, demanding, and a downright jerk. He turned out to be the best teacher I've had. Tough, demanding, pushy, yes. But he did it so we learned. He held us to extremely high standards, and I'm grateful for it. He made everything entertaining and easy to understand, and treated us as equals. Best teacher ever!

Everyone told me that Chef Robb was mean. Are you kidding me?!! Not only is he a great guy (I guess you have to get ti know him) but an AMAZING instructor. I learned so much and he put it to us so we really understood the material. Hard class - yes, strict instructor - yes, unbelievably great learning environment - of course.

Chef Robb is the greatest teacher I have ever had. He not only teaches you everything you could ever want to know a bout the culinary arts, he also shows you what the real world of being a chef is like. He is willing to help anyone who is willing to help themselves. I would recommend him as a teacher to anyone who really wants to learn.

The best instructor at the college - bar none. None of my other instructors at Baker cared - except Chef Rob. He really knows his business. Thanks Chef - you helped me in more ways than you know. Go Packers!

Chef Robb is an awesome teacher. He gave a really hard final project but helped everyone each step of the way. I wish all Baker instructors were this good. He is funny, hyper active and calls-it-like-he-sees-it. I love that about him. I would recommend taking his classes -any of them, just to have him for an instructor.

Chef Robb rules! It is scary how much this guy knows about food. He's a walking encyclopedia and an awesome teacher. If you screw around, you're doomed, but if you bust your hump, Chef Robb will bend over backwards to help you! The best teacher I have ever had. Period.
