He conveys a very serious aura in class, mostly because it is considered the hardest course in law school and a weed out course. However, the difficulty of the course makes it very insightful. I am not sure how he is in other courses, but I would not take again because of the serious atmosphere of the course. However, outside of class super nice.

One of the best professors, if not the best, at UH. Extremely intelligent and demanding. He actually expects students to think instead of just memorizing information. If you want to be spoon fed, his classes are not for you. If you want to learn to think like a lawyer, take his classes.

Clearly knows his stuff, but he does a poor job of teaching it. He is a Socratic Method believer, which dramatically increases a student's odds of walking out of class with the exact same amount of knowledge that they walked in to class with. Speaks too fast, doesn't repeat himself, provides little information. I basically taught myself.

Hardest recitation in law school. Will go off on students, call them dumb, power trip. Yet, signed up for on call days. Learned a lot. Has practical experience. Smart guy. Huge amount of reading for each class, and you need deep detail when on call. Be prep to cite authority (cases or rule #s) from prior classes for why something was done.

Great professor, knows his stuff. A really smart guy but be prepared to read. Also, don't expect him to hold your hand--he's a hard teacher and uses the socratic method. Everyone gets called on at least one and maybe twice. But all in all, I learned a lot and retained it because he didn't sidetrack often

Really knows his stuff and enjoys the spotlight and power trip of being a professor. Be extremely prepared if you are on call and grow some thick skin if you plan to stay in the class. Ton of reading per day. Sometimes funny, but sometimes annoying when he interrupts people just to tell the same joke he's told 10x already this semester

I fear Bob's brilliance has been overstated. He is merely competent and uses tricks to seem more clever than he is. He is also VERY unpleasant at times. I would avoid him, especially if you can take Moll instead.

Ragazzo is difficult, sometimes grumpy, but always brilliant. He works you hard, but is extremely fair and forces you to learn the material. Be prepared for class - or you will look bad. I love his classes and always do very well on his finals.

My nerves were frayed the whole time I was in this class, but I learned a lot. At first, I thought I'd never survive law school. He never repeats himself, which is terribly annoying, but his "you will survive law school" speech on the last day of class really shocked (and impressed) me. He's much classier than he seems at first.

He's a tough professor, but well worth it. I had him in the summer and I have never learned that much during as short amount of time (5 weeks!). He does a terrific job with time management and getting all the information to you in such a short amount of time.

Hard, harsh, and sometimes cruel. He is also brilliant, though I suspect that he is not QUITE as smart as he would like to think he is. That being said, he is probably smarter that 90% of his students. I got an A, but still avoid him.
