Took his Lit Types: Poetry class. Very intelligent prof. Combine that with his very "unique" sense of humor and what you get is a class in which keeps your interest throughtout the semester. ;)

Bach speaks in a different, elevated language that is difficult to understand, and he expects his students to know as much about literature and its analysis as he does (absolutely unfair). Unclear lectures, EXTREMELY difficult grader, not good times.

Prof. Bach was a lot of fun and taught me a lot about writing and research strateges. He always started class with a joke to make the class feel more comfortable. He maks amazing links between a wide variety of different stories from around the world.

he was very nice, concerned about students studies, and funny. some of the material was hard to understand at first but he took the time to explain things to students one on one. I would highly recommend his courses!
