she is doesn't teach. she doesn't do anything in the class, I took service marketing with her, you are not going to believe it, she even didn't teach that for 10 minutes, she made us talk about unrelated topics every week. Do not take anything with her.

She really knows the subject, but she can be very confusing. Whenever we would turn in papers, she would tell us to add stuff that was already on there and was very vague about what was wrong. She is very laid back, and her grading curves really help. I would recommend her, but make sure to participate in class.

Awful class. Do not take this class unless you enjoy torturing yourself. She lectures straight from the textbook, yet does'nt seem to know what she is talking about or the vocabulary the book actually uses. She gives unhelpful and confusing feedback on the projects.

Dr. Beatty wasn't as bad as people make her out to be. She's usually pretty pleasant and very helpful with anything you don't understand. However, expect to do a lot of work, and she puts a premium on in-class participation.

She put minimal effort into teaching this class (maybe research is a much higher priority for her). In addition, she was not able to share any practical experiences (she has none). Ironically, although the class was on customer service, she frequently forgot our names (she could care less).

A great professor and you'll learn a lot, but be ready for a lot of work. You are constantly busy and make sure and do your assignments, she will call you out and imbarrass you if you arent prepared.

Wowee Enchilada!! She is AMAZING and a HOTTEE (but in a good way). Endless energy and seems to know everything about marketing! The mold was broken when Professor Beatty was created. Viva Professor Beatty!
