Comment:
Professional, Efficient, Structured. Professor Oldham deserves better reviews. He was well organized, structured in his approach, moved efficiently according to his outline, and was professional with students. Oldham does not badger you like Ragazzo. His approach was alot like Sanders, soft socratic method. Oldham is fair and balanced. Excellent

Probably the worst professor I have ever had. Unclear, and doesn't seem to be interested in teaching at all. Seems like he is just existing at this point. It is a shame he teaches important subjects because students are forced to take his classes. I think UH can find a way, way more dynamic and interesting professor to teach these subjects.

I am a third year and have attended two different law schools. Prof. Oldham ranks toward the bottom of all professors I've had. He rushes through an excessive amount of material, then dismissively serves up the takeaway message on a silver platter. He appears willing to clarify but lacks the mediating skills to truly make the class interactive.

One of the worst profs I've had. Rushes through the material, ends class early, and can be mean if you don't agree with his opinions. Don't ask him a question he can't answer - hates that too. The final was pretty straightforward, so don't worry about missing any classes, make sure you read the text carefully and get a good hornbook.

Nice professor, but seems like he's always in a hurry to get out of class. Rushes through everything. Not at all thorough.

He's not as bad as the previous reviewer indicates - I enjoyed the class. There is black letter law and although we moved through the material rapidly, it was well structured.

Not a highlight of the UH faculty; doesn't care about teaching or students; class does end early, and grades are easy..but you learn NOTHING.
