Bill is literally the best professor out there. He's so easily accessible in and outside the classroom, and he gets that we all have lives outside of his class so he literally doesn't pile any work on you. Study the review sheet he gives you and you'll pass. He also emails you a copy of the textbook (which is never used) 10/10 recommend!

Incredible class and professor. Tests are straightforward if you study the review. All tests are curved so it's very easy to get an A. His lectures are long and have nothing really to do with the test, but otherwise very interesting so show up. He gives extra credit for participation and attendance.

This professor is great! He gives you the textbook in a pdf and he follows along it during the lectures. He gives 3 test which are 50 questions each and if you study the review he gives you, you will get a great grade. I suggest you take him if you have to take a law class. It was interesting for me and I'm not pursing law.

Bonifati's lectures are great; very personable & he gives you a review sheet before every test that helps you a lot. He gives 3 tests & they are MC. If you print out a article that deals with business law he will provide extra credit and it could really bring your grade up an entire letter grade. Pay attention in lecture & you'll be fine

Great professor. Interesting class and he is entertaining so it made it easy. Attendance was not mandatory. He gave review sheets before the tests, but it is definitely not enough.... you have to pay attention in class and take notes. Gave many opportunities for extra credit. Would definitely take him again. he also provided the textbook.

He's the man! Very chill, very laid back. Take notes for the tests, other than that, it's like you're hanging out, bring your laptop and relax. I would definitely take again. Strongly recommend.
